These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Hyperbook ("we", "us", or "our") at https://pi.hyperbook.com ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users in the European Economic Area must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent.

3. Membership and Payments

3.1 Membership Plans

Hyperbook offers a monthly membership plan payable in Pi (π). Current pricing is displayed on the Service and may be updated with reasonable notice.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Pi Network's payment infrastructure. By making a payment, you agree to Pi Network's terms and conditions. Payments are recorded on the Pi blockchain and are subject to Pi Network's transaction finality rules.

3.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all Pi payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. If you experience a technical issue that prevented your membership from being activated despite a successful payment, please contact us at moosjiny@hyperbook.com within 7 days.

3.4 Membership Renewal

Memberships are not automatically renewed. You must manually initiate a new payment before your current membership expires to maintain uninterrupted access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hyperbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The Service integrates with Pi Network for authentication and payments. Your use of Pi Network is governed by Pi Network's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for remaining membership periods in cases of termination due to violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
